On submission of your registration an automatic summary with a tax invoice will be emailed to you. To amend any registration details, or to cancel your registration, use the link supplied in your confirmation email (or the link supplied above) and enter your booking number and password. Amendments or updates can be made to your registration until 24 July 2009.

Full Registration includes one admission to all conference sessions, Siemens Happy Hour, Gala Dinner, catering for the conference, one satchel including inserts and a conference handbook.

Day Registration includes one admission to all conference sessions for the selected day, catering for the selected day and a conference handbook.  One ticket to the Siemens Happy Hour is included should the registration be for Friday.

Social Functions Sponsored by

The Siemens Happy Hour will be held within the industry exhibition area at the close of sessions on Friday 31 July. The cost is included in the full registration fee, and in the Friday day registration fee.

The Gala Dinner will be held at the Opera House on Manners Street in central Wellington on Saturday 01 August, from 7pm.

The Opera House opened on Easter Saturday in 1914.  It is lavishly decorated with a domed ceiling and is an icon of early 1900s architecture. The building has been classified as an Historic Building by the Historic Places Trust of New Zealand.

A dinner ticket is included in the full registration fee.  Additional tickets may be purchased during registration for $150 incl GST. 

Please ensure you indicate during registration whether you would like a ticket to the social functions.  We are required to give final numbers in advance of the conference, and may not be able to accommodate your request for tickets if you register at the conference.   Please check your registration confirmation carefully.

Payment
Payment can be made cheque (payable to Outshine – RANZCR), direct credit, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include GST.  Cheque payments can be sent by post to Outshine, PO Box 45-309, Te Atatu Peninsula, Auckland.

Please email ranzcr@outshine.co.nz to be sent a copy of the Registration Brochure in pdf format. Download and complete the registration form below and keep a copy for your records. Your registration fee must accompany the completed registration form. Payment can be made by cheque, direct credit, Visa or MasterCard. Completed registration forms and fees should be sent to the Conference Managers.  Confirmation and a tax invoice will be sent via email upon receipt of your form and fees.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Manager.  Cancellations made more than thirty (30) days prior to the conference will be refunded less 25% of the registration fee to cover administration costs. No registration refunds will be made after this date, and refunds for tickets to the social functions will be assessed on a case by case basis.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred.
